一、岗位职责 Responsibilities
1. Conduct high quality classes 高质量完成课程授课;
2. Supervise children and record their progress;承担看护责任并定期记录幼儿成长报告;
3.Establish and maintain a healthy and reciprocal relationship with families ;与家庭和社区成员形成并维系健康互惠关系;
4、Perform other related duties (i.e. marketing) as required 积极参与其他部门工作(如市场活动等);
二、 任职资格 Qualifications
1. English native speaker英语母语国家人士;
2. Bachelor's degree or above (BA in Early Childhood Education, TEFL or related fields, would be a huge plus) 本科以上学历(学前、第二语言教学等相关专业优先);
3. Passionate, love to work with kids and willing to devote time and effort for the benefit of both kids and parents. 有激情，热爱和孩子一起的工作，并且愿意为孩子的成长付出时间和精力;
4. Strong sense of responsibility and commitment很强的责任心和稳定性。
