岗位职责：
1.负责TOFEL或IELTS或SAT等英语考试的在线一对一教学工作。
2.根据教学内容、学生实际情况和学生的认识规律，精心设计教学程序，保证良好的教学效果;
3.及时了解学生成绩及心理变化，适时调整和优化教学方式;
4.在授课期间适当组织测验活动，建言学生接受辅导的成效，并作出教学质量分析;
5.认真批改作业，安排学生预习、复习，循序渐进地提高学生的英语水平。
任职要求：
1.精通英语，热爱教学工作，对学生有爱心;
2.语法精准，词汇量丰富，发音清晰、准确，能调动课堂气氛。
3.有个人魅力，善于表达，具有较丰富的知识储备，上课能旁征博引，寓教于乐;
4.师范专业毕业、有国外留学背景、有工作经验、参加过出国考试并成绩优异、有机构培训经验者优先，英语教师或家教6个月以上经验。
薪资待遇：
1. 教师入职薪水为6000(底薪)+2000(绩效)，此组合薪水建立在入职后每月80课时(即120小时)保底课时基础上，绩效薪水为按时开课结课的考勤薪水，公司有完善科学的考勤软件，通过入职考核的教师可以有2个月试用期与2个月适应期，4个月期间排课不满80课时，薪水按照实际课时*课时费，4个月后要求排课最基本时间为80课时。公司每年给予全职老师10%-30%的薪水涨幅，考核优秀的老师有丰厚的年终奖。
2. 全职老师入职后，享受五险一金完善社保，第一年即可享受不少于5天的带薪年假。
