10月18日发布的中共十九大报告，不仅在国内受到广泛关注，也引发了全球媒体的争相报道。为提升报告的外文翻译质量、增强大会精神国际传播效应，来自英国、加拿大、西班牙等多名外籍专家参与了此次大会报告外文译本的核稿润色工作。这也是改革开放以来中国第一次邀请外籍专家提前介入参与全国党代会报告的翻译工作。
