Marketing Officer 市场招生专员
Major Responsibilities: 1. 负责处理市场招生部日常电话、邮件咨询和到校参观咨询Dealing with enquiries from the public including answering phone and replying email, conduct school tours as needed. 2. 负责新生入学申请、面试等相关事宜To facilitate new student application, taking care of the application document collection, arranging interview and issuing assessment test as needed 3. 与学校各部门进行沟通协助，负责校车、校服协调工作Work with other school dept. regarding payment, school bus transportation and school uniform and etc. 4. 协助部门主管进行市场活动的开展和组织To assist head of the dept. to plan and organize market promotional events and activities 5. 更新和维护学校对外宣传的官方渠道、网站、宣传资料等Update and create new school promotional materials including advertisements, pamphlets, school website content and gift items, 6. 发展和维护学校合作伙伴的良好关系Develop and maintain external school partnerships with corporate clients over the telephone, via email and through face to face meetings 7. 维护学生信息系统和数据To maintain the student database and produce detailed reports and statistics on enquires, accepted applicants, withdrawals, internal transfers etc. from the student database. 8. 完成部门主管交办的其它工作任务To perform any other responsibilities and duties assigned. Requirements and Qualifications: 1. 大学本科及以上学历，教育、新闻、市场营销等相关专业优先，2年以上的工作经验A university degree preferably in Education, Marketing, Management or Journalism and minimum 2 years of relevant experience 2. 英语沟通能力良好Good in Spoken and Written English and Mandarin 3.良好的客户沟通能力Good communication skills with ability to present to Client and senior management 4. 熟练运用办公软件 Working knowledge in Microsoft Office, notable Word, Excel, Outlook and PPT 5. 性格开朗，积极肯干，抗压能力强 有学习精神 Self-motivated with pro-active attitude and able to work under pressure 6. 有爱心，热爱教育事业 Dynamic with integrity; committed to education, enjoys children and is warm to parents
